Developed and distributed by Toge Productions, Party Party Anxiety! is an indie narrative card game and visual novel centered on social interactions, where you attend a party while confronting your own anxieties. The gameplay is based on the strategic use of action cards, which represent responses and attitudes during dialogues: choosing the correct option strengthens connections, while mistakes make the situation increasingly oppressive, reflecting the growth of nervousness and social anxiety.
This free Windows title was created during the Toge Greenhouse Project 2023, an internal jam dedicated to experimental games. Released on January 15, 2026 on Steam, Party Party Anxiety! stands out for transforming something as mundane as talking to people into an almost frightening experience, creatively exploring the fine line between perception, anxiety, and reality.

Anxiety at the Party
Step into the shoes of a person battling social anxiety at a prom party. Meet people and play your cards correctly to respond to their conversation. Play the correct cards to establish relationships or play them wrong and everything will become scarier and haunt your social anxiety even more.
Play cards to strike conversation
Use conversation cue cards up your sleeves to make connections. Identify and follow your conversation partner’s interests. Play card combos to better match the flow and gain the best compatibility rating!
Feel the horror of talking to people
But beware, you only have so much opportunity to strike the best conversation. Play your cards wrong and your partner might haunt your anxiety even more.
