Created by BonusJZ, it is an unofficial version of Makaimura for WonderSwan, a game originally developed by Capcom, published by Bandai in 1999, and the fourth main entry in the Ghosts ‘n Goblins series.
Maintaining the visual style and difficulty level worthy of this medieval horror-fantasy series by Capcom, Ghosts’n Demons is faithful to the original, even though it brings new stuff and enhancements, besides the convenience of being playable on Windows.
In this game, you play as Sir Arthur, who embarks on a quest to defeat demonic forces and rescue Princess Prin Prin, who has been kidnapped. Along the way, he faces various supernatural enemies, including zombies, gargoyles, and demons, as he traverses haunted territories within the demon world. The journey is marked by battles against powerful bosses, each guarding a stage along the path.
