Jurassic World Evolution 2 is an official and canon manager of the Jurassic Park franchise where the goal is to run theme parks featuring antediluvian creatures in various locations worldwide, being also, as you might guess, the sequel to Jurassic World Evolution (2018). The game was developed by Frontier Developments and released on November 9, 2021.

Published by Frontier itself, Jurassic World Evolution 2 is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It received generally positive reviews from critics and, despite falling short of the studio’s expectations, performed well in the market. Additionally, it has tens of thousands of very positive reviews on Steam and is rated 4.8/5 on the Epic Store—at least at the time of this post.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 was indeed considered an evolution over its predecessor, expanding on its engaging formula. A yet-untitled sequel was announced by Frontier Developments in May 2024, with a planned release between June 2025 and May 2026.
