From The Deep Web is a first-person adventure with pixel art and PlayStation style low-poly graphics which plot has to do with the hidden internet. It was developed by EduardoDeadPixel and initially released on October 4, 2020.
Published by EduardoDeadPixel himself and available for Windows and Mac, this independent game is relatively short, free and, despite all of its horror, has some funny parts. The cutscenes, posters and voice acting also give it the aura of a cult B movie, or something like that.
On October 1, 2023, From The Deep Web Zero was released. Despite the title and theme, it’s not clear whether it is a sequel, prequel or update to the original.
