Black Book is an independent adventure and RPG set in 19th century Russia and is heavily inspired by Russian folklore and Komi narrative based on Bailichkas. It was developed by Morteshka and initially released on August 10, 2021.
Published by HypeTrain Digital and available for Windows, Mac, Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, Black Book was received average to good by critics. In addition, it has thousands of very positive reviews on Steam, is rated 4.9/5 on the Epic Store and is rated 4.5/5 on GOG, at least so far.
